Using Scans Dashboard

The Scans Dashboard displays an overview of the scan results across your entire environment, including remediated matches, average time to manage matches, top at-risk targets, and matches sorted by classification and sensitive data distribution. Expand a section for more information:

The totals overview displays data in tiles:

  • Average Target Scan Coverage by Percentage
  • Total Matches Remediated out of Total Matches
  • Average Time to Manage Matches

Displays the number of scans performed on different targets in the last 30 days. The scan count for targets displays in ascending order in the grid.

You can click on a target or its scan count to display the Target Details screen.

1. Displays a list of the top at-risk targets sorted by:

  • Name

  • Unmanaged Data (Percentage)

  • Top Three Types

2. Click the arrow to sort by ascending.

3. Click the down arrow to sort by descending.

Displays matches sorted by scan name and percentage of data type:

  • None

  • Email

  • Database

  • File & Folder

  • Collaboration

  • Cloud

  • Website

 

Displays sensitive data distribution sorted by scan name and data type:

  • None

  • Email

  • Database

  • File & Folder

  • Collaboration

  • Cloud

  • Website
